A word from Jon Bell, owner:

"Deep Roots was inspired by a passion for the natural world around us and the wonderful climate of California. We want to share our knowledge and passion with everyone, and lead people by the hand into a new era of gardening. We pledge to be as involved with the community as possible.

As a lifelong member of the Southern California community with over 12 years serving local gardeners, I am clear on what my friends and neighbors want out of their gardens and homes. At Deep Roots I want to provide the community with a garden center destination where the highest quality and best selection of plants and accessories, , competitive prices and the finest service possible can be counted on.

My knowledgeable team and myself pledge to try to answer any question and provide a solution to any problem that our customers encounter in their botanical pursuits. We want to inspire and educate gardeners in ways which will improve their quality of life, and unite as many local businesses and community groups as possible in an effort to lead the way into a new era of gardening with a view to keeping business local and reducing our carbon footprint.

My vision is of a community unified in its aesthetic, and respectful and helpful to its surroundings. We wish to encourage a concerted effort to improve the design, beauty and functionality of the beautiful coastal region that we are lucky enoughto live in, directly benefiting the environment in the process.
